hahah for breakfast: i had oatmeal with blueberries, cinnamon, and slivered almonds
lunch: i had an egg white scramble w tomatoes, mushrooms, and loads of arugula
snack: a blueberry smoothie w lactose free non fat greek yogurt, whey powder, natural peanut butter, blueberries, and rye flakes
dinner: a veggie stir fry w chicken, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and whole grain rice
